because we have alot of one type of laptop in college we creat master image with OS XP professional sp2 with all the student application such as Office--ect after that i clone the image by using Ghost
i think the problem is not with image
after the student get the laptop some of them come with this problem that if they go to start and click shutdown to logoff or restart the laptop it dosn't give them chance to choese
