bitz n batz

Hi there everyone hope someone can help me with this cos ive made a big booboo!!!

Right to start with i went to install a fresh copy of windows xp pro and deleted all partitions, the install went ok but now on boot up i get one or two errors one of which is " no save to disk file found" and something about "phdisc" now the computer runs really slow and it wont download things, keeps coming up with errors.

Any ideas would be greatfull
