that recognises seperate physical drives.

I have a new Dell with 2 250GB drives, eventually it will be dual boot and I don't want to create a partition that overlaps from one physical drive to another.

Can anyone help or recommend a partitioning tool that will recognise the drives and allow me to partition them separately. Apologies if this is a silly question, been a long time since I bought a new pc!
