external usb enclosure - insufficient amperage?

I'm having trouble finding an external usb enclosure that will provide enough amperage for my drive. Seagate tech support said that the case I was using was causing the drive to fail because of insufficient amperage. Apparently, I need an enclosure that provides 3 Amps of power. Most of the enclosures I have looked at are only 1.5 or 2 Amps at the most.

Does anyone know where I can find an enclosure with at least 3 A?

(3.5", USB 2.0)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
