Welcome to TSF, Flame.
A few things to try:
1. Try another video cable (connecting the monitor to the computer).
2. Test the monitor on another system if possible, and see if you get the same results there.
3. Test another monitor on this system, and see if you get the same results.
Post back with results. Also, please read "Posting System Specs" in my signature, and post your specs for us.
