[Conclusion]
When i put in a data CD, the computer can read it. As Windows ME don't have own burning features like what XP does so i will need a burning software.

I think that will solve the problem.
I also think that installing latest drivers for the computer won't solve the problem. This is because when i plug in the external burner, the computer will have a drive for it. It means the computer recognise the burner. Just that it don't have burning software, so it can't read "Blank" Cds.
