Hello teevee.

Before I start with your PC I would like you to understand one thing very clearly that the instructions given to you are to be followed ditto and in the exatcly same given order. Moreover it is necessary for you provide us informations that are asked for. Plase help us to help you better.

Download CWShredder and run it. Click Check for Update. Click on 'I Agree' button if you agree. Click on 'Fix' (it will automatically fix anything it finds for you) and then click OK. If it asks if you want to delete a certain random file, choose No and post that filename here. Let it finish the scan and then hit Next and Exit.

Open Firefox. Go to Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies. At the bottom right corner locate a radio button "Clear Cookies Now". Click on that radio button.

Yes you need to run ComboFix. If you have not downloaded ComboFix already, please do so from the link I have provided you in my previous post.

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Reboot your system in Normal Mode.

Perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with

Kaspersky WebScanner

Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner

You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will then begin downloading the latest definition files.
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Locate the Scan Settings button & configure to:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
      • Extended
    • Scan Options:
      • Scan Archives
      • Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK & have it scan My Computer
  • Once the scan is complete, it will display if your system has been infected. It does not provide an option to clean/disinfect. We only require a report from it.
  • Click the Save as Text button to save the file to your desktop so that you may post it in your next reply
* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan

So with your next reply please provide the ComboFix Log, Kaspersky Online Scan Report and let me know about your system's overall behaviour.
