Hi again

Your logs have been run from Normal Mode which is fine, i.e, normal boot up rather than Safe Mode. Some users do run a log from Safe Mode but this does not show us all the running processes, so I include that line just in case.


Please delete the following file and folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsm10E0.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Q2hyaXN0b3BoZXIgQ2lhbXBh

Note: If they resist you may have to boot to Safe Mode to delete them.


Are you still getting pop ups? Can you tell me what they say or what they are advertising?
