followed all instructions - on last, when I right click my computer/properties, I get a message titled “rundll32.exe – unable to locate component” that says “this application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem”
I click OK 3 times and then the box does open – however when I go to SR and check that box when I get to the part where you tell it “yes” to go ahead it responds with a message titled “system restore” which says “system restore encountered an error trying to enable/disable one or more drives. Please restart your machine and try again”
I did restart and try again but no change.
