i thin i will probably do a fresh install of xp,cus i am rebuilding my pc soon,within a week,to a 3.4 dual core this pc is about 3 years old now,so i will just reinstall xp when i swop my hard drive into the new one.
thanx for all your help,it is running better but something is still hogging the cpu at times.
