I got this error after i did the "fix checked" in HJT what should i do?

An unexpected error has occurred at procedure: modBackup_MakeBackup(sItem=O20 - AppInit_DLLs: d3dishsv.dll wmneprfl.dll)
Error #5 - Invalid procedure call or argument
