Welcome to TSF, Saucy

click on this link: drive manufacturer’s utilities.. find the manufacturer of your drive and download the utility. From that, you will make a bootable cd or floppy. Change your boot order or priority to boot to that disk and follow the directions to wipe or zero the drive (same thing just different terminology), then partition and format. Zeroing the drive will remove all corrupt data and leave you with a like new drive ready for windows to be installed
