Okay, so I got the .iso form of it and it's in .rar format. I just put a blank CD in, drag the .iso into the CD and copy it, right?

Because whenever I start up the computer and press F12 to go to the Boot Menu, I go down to the ID CD: Drive thing (the one that starts from the disc if it can) and nothing happens, it goes straight to the Windows loading screen.
