Open HijackThis and click on 'Do a System Scan Only'. Check the following entries (If they still exist, make sure you do not miss any)
DONE – note that I stopped here in going thru your updated instructions because I ran the scan and fix 3 times and these 2 entries will not go away (I did close all windows as you instructed as well):
