I'd like you to rename HijackThis.exe to HJT.exe.

* Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\Scott\Desktop\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe
* Right click on HijackThis.exe
* Select 'Rename'
* Type in HJT.exe
* Press Enter.

After you have done so. Please post a new HiJackThis Log.
