Hello, cami -

Removing one of the AVs should have improved your system performance. Has it?

There's no remaining sign of the desktop hijacker Winhound, but let's run a tool to see if anything else is lurking.
  1. Download combofix from one of these locations:
  2. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
