Reboot your system in Safe Mode (By repeatedly tapping the F8 key until the menu appears).
Click > Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs and uninstall the following program (if it exists):
Admilli Service
Delete the following Files indicated in
RED and Folders indicated in
BLUE if they still exist.
c:\program files\Admilli Service

Now please Use
Start>Search to locate this file -
rtlgina3.dll, and
take a note of the full path. Post the
full path of the file in your next post.
Reboot your system in
Normal Mode.
Perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with
Kaspersky WebScanner
Next Click on
Launch Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner
You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click
Yes.
- The program will then begin downloading the latest definition files.
- Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
- Locate the Scan Settings button & configure to:
- Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
- Scan Options:
- Scan Archives
- Scan Mail Bases
- Click OK & have it scan My Computer
- Once the scan is complete, it will display if your system has been infected. It does not provide an option to clean/disinfect. We only require a report from it.
- Click the Save as Text button to save the file to your desktop so that you may post it in your next reply
* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
So with your next post please provide
Kaspersky Scan Report and
Full path of the file rtlgina3.dll.
