hi,

just recently, my laptop began just turning off for no reason. when i power it back up, it takes me directly to the 'F10boot F2bios' screen. i spoke with tech support & they recommended i unplug the battery, press the power switch for 15 seconds, then reinstall battery, reboot & do a system recovery. i tried this, & when the recovery was nearly complete, it again took me to the f2, f10 screen. is this something I can fix on my own? is this a hard drive issue? perhaps a motherboard issue? any advice?
