Good Afternoon!
For the past month, I've been having problems with my acer going into sleep mode. Everytime I try to put it into sleep mode, my screen will go black but it doesn't quite make it to sleep. The light that indicates that it is asleep
doesn't go on. When I press the power button to 'wake' it, nothing happens. I now have to press and hold the power button to comletely turn off the computer.
I'm not very good with computers, so small words of what you need to know would be appreciated
