Double-click the file within & allow it to merge with the Registry.
This will remove some malware entries from the Registry

Uninstall this program - MailSkinner

Then locate & delete these (make sure you get ALL of them)

C:\!Submit\
c:\program files\MailSkinner

Reboot your machine before posting a fresh Hijackthis log. Let me know if you still have other issues.
