Download
GMER to your desktop.
- Right Click the Zip and Select Extract All.
- Open GMER and Click the Tab labeled RootKit.
- Now Click Scan, it will take a while for the scan to complete.
- Once done, Copy the results to Notepad and post them in the next reply.

WinPFind-Unzip it to the desktop, but
do not run it yet
Next, please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
- Restart your computer
- After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
- Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
- Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
Double click
WinPFind.exe
* Click 'Start Scan'
* It will scan the entire system, so please be patient!
* Once the scan is complete:
1. Go to the WinPFind folder
2. Locate WinPFind.txt
3. Copy those results in the next post!
Reboot back to Normal Mode!
