Your log is very difficult to read. Kindly turn off the word wrap feature in your text editor.
With notepad, this can be done by going to Format -> untick "Word Wrap".
Then post a fresh log. Also outline the steps you undertook to remove the infection. I have to determine if you have mistakenly remove any Windows core files.
