You can go ahead and 'purge' your Spybot Recovery:
Launch Spybot S&D- Click 'Recovery'
- Select all items and click 'Purge'
- Click 'Yes' when asked if you wish to remove the backups

Clear your Symantec Quarantine. If you are unsure of how to do this, navigate to the Quarantine file as follows:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine
Leave the folder intact, just
empty it's contents.
