Yes, let's have a look....there was nothing to fix in it last time...I was using a second scanner in search of remnants.

Let's use this quick little tool instead....
  1. Download http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe to your desktop.
  2. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply with a new HJT log
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
