Hi, Accidently hitting standby won't do what you are describing this is more likely a broken part.

When you push the power button does anything happen like fans spinning or any lights?

If you get nothing its possibly the powersupply or case switch but of course make sure the wall outlet and surge protector have power.

If you have fans spinning then start removing the drives and cards (except video) to see if you can get a post, if you get a post then add the drives and or cards one at a time to you find the bad one.
