Changing the I/O range

I just got a Abit AN8 32X board with a AMD 64 3200 CPU. I am using 2 videocards Geforce 7900 GT OC, SLI. 2 harddrives SATA 150 gb, and 400 gb.
2 gig mem. The problem that I am having is that my system keeps restarting. I have tried to check things out to make sure that everything is hooked up correctly and to my knowledge it is. I have noticed that there is a conflict between the motherboard resources and the U-Guru Micro resources. I have tried to change the I/O range but am not able to. I have also uninstalled the U-Guro Micro resources drivers but now the resources that was in conflict are not available anymore. I am not really sure if this is the problem that is making the problem but I figured it is a start. If anyone is having or had the same problem please let me know how you fixed the problem. Thanks
