Open Internet Explorer and click Tools->Internet Options. On the General tab click the Delete Cookies button. Click OK twice and close IE.
File and Folder Deletions
Delete the following Files indicated in RED and Folders indicated in BLUE if they still exist.
c:\windows\thin-114-1-x-x.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Favorites\Insurance
Post a new Hijackthis log and let me know if you are still experiencing the original issue.
