Okay, everything looks reasonably healthy. AVG shouldn't be complaining anymore. Let me know if that isnt the case.

Spotted a suspicious key from your logs that needs further investigation

Go to Start > Run - paste in this single line command & click OK

cmd /c reg query HKCU\Software\65 >"%userprofile%\desktop\reglook.txt" & "%userprofile%\desktop\reglook.txt"

It will produce a log for you to post back
