Do a HijackThis scan & place a check next to these items and select "Fix checked":
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vssms32] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vssms32.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: MCPClient - C:\WINDOWS\
Then download the file attached - purified.zip
Double click the file within it & it shall produce a log for us
Also post a fresh HJTlog
