Those entries are now gone again. So, I'm thinking at some point you had Spybot's TeaTimer registry protection enabled, even though it did not show in the HJT log.
It's also possible that SpySweeper is putting them back. We'll know more after these next steps.

this file to your desktop. Double click on the zip folder, then double click on the reg file within. Click yes to allow it to merge into your registry. You should get a "Successfully Merged" message.
If you've not restarted your system since last instructions, please do so now, make a new HJT log and post it.
We'll go from there.
