Hi, I unable to sign in my email address with msn messenger 7.5.
So I try troubleshoot it. All the test seem to be ok but only the "key ports" can't pass the test.

the messege showed that " failed to connect to the services. This could due to improper proxy or firewall settings. Please review your proxy and firewall setting. Proxy can access through MSN Messenger Options. For Firewall Setting, please see the retailer's instruction."

But I already allow and tick the MSN Messenger.exe under exceptions which under firewall setting. But why still unable to sign in ?
