ad.yieldmanager pop-ups

Hi,
I'm constantly getting pop-ups form the sources ad.yieldmanager, ad.firstsolution and ad-w-a-r-e. I've run cwshredder, spybot, ad-aware and x-clean micro yet I'm still getting them.

Please help.
