HI guys
I just started my program for CCNA certification and I found myself completely lost with the subnetting part. One of my major "concerns" are like this.
When I subnet 131.102.2.1/19 the first valid IP range I get is
131.102.32.1-131.102.63.254.
I am curious to know what happened to the range 131.102.2.1-131.102.31.254. Where does this IP range has gone? Is it possible that I can use this IP range at a practical scenario?
