Motherboard or RAM Fault?

Hi guys

i changed my CPU the other day and when i first booted up it said something about a memory error, but i ignored it. anyway a couple of days pass by without that message coming up on boot, but my computer kept restarting itself, and i had to send an error report to Microsoft, which i did and it said there was a problem with my RAM and told me to run windows memory diagnostic

i ran it in dos and came up with the following errors:

Faulty Address

0000ac6dedc - 172.8MB
0000acdee4 - 172.8MB
0000acf76d4 172.4MB

err Bits

00020000
00020000
00020000

after about 20% complete it crashed, so i had to restart my pc, but now it wont boot

the fans and harddrives power up but my monitor wont turn on.

ive taken the ram out and still nuffing

So is it safe to say my MB has gone or is it RAM?

Thanks for any help

Mikey

My board is an Intel D845GVSR
