My System

you need to access your router's web interface. go to start>run>type 'cmd' and hit enter. next type 'ipconfig /all' and note what IP address is stated just to the right of where it says Gateway. Then type this number into your browser and it should pop up a username/password prompt. This is where it could vary. If you have a linksys router then 'administrator' is the username and 'admin' is the password....I Think. it could also be 'admin' for both. If it's something other than linksys you'll need to consult your manual to see how to get into your web interface.

Once in there, there should be somewhere an option for 'ports' or 'dedicated ports'. That is where you need to be. Consult your manual from here to see how to dedicate a port.
