Sorry about that. Go back into HiJackThis and run the scan again. Then check and fix the ones I mentioned before.

After fixing and deleting the files mentioned, restart again and make sure to go to HJT->Config->Misc. Tools->Check for update online to get the newest version of HJT. Then post a new log file.
