That could also indicate some yet undetected rootkit, resisting detection. I hope you don't mind if I have you do another rootkit scan.
Download gmer from
http://www.gmer.net
Save it somewhere safe & unzip it to desktop
Double click the gmer.exe to run it and select the rootkit tab, press scan & when it has finished press copy & paste the log back here
