EMPTY NORTON QUARANTINE
Please empty Norton quarantine as detailed
here following the instructions relating to the version of the product that you have.
SAFE MODE
Reboot into Safe Mode as described previously.
FILE/FOLDER DELETIONS
Please delete the following files/folders and empty the Recycle Bin:
C:\Documents and Settings\Richard Chamberlian\sahInst.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\9u13iinb.ini
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntfq3otg.ini
C:\WINDOWS\WildFlics.exe

Reboot normally and post a
new HJT log in Normal mode.
