Indeed, we will need the Laptop's brand and model/make to be of any help with the battery. Your system is also indicating that you have bad memory installed. The memory must be replaced, as it generally it cannot be repaired. The error numbers signify the memory allocations/sectors that failed to pass POST's test. The 32kb memory either tells us that you have a really low amount of memory, or that the system cannot use a large portion or an entire memory module. Provide us with that information and we may be able to help you find the right kind of memory and instructions on how-to replace your CMOS battery.

Also, if the CMOS battery isnt charged (it is Lithium), your system will lose it's settings when the battery dies. If the system is plugged in, the CMOS battery will recharge. However, if this is not the case, you must purchase a new battery from your laptop manufacturer or from this site (that I recommend): www.impactcomputers.com.
