Lol...Gmer isall that's needed.

Run Gmer again & right click on the entry

Service C:\WINDOWS\System32:18467 (*** hidden *** ) [SYSTEM] pe386 <-- ROOTKIT !!!

Select 'Delete the Service' & agree to the prompts given

Then reboot your machine & do another Gmer scan. Let me know if it's still there.
