I have used the Ewido security download and it has removed the dialer. I was hesitant to install CleanUP as I have Outlook 2003 and it proclaims there might be some problems, after the clean up. The only remaining problem I seem to ahve is I am receiving blank e-mail wihtout a sender name or subject or content. Are they related in any way to my original problem or is dit just a spam annoyance. MANY MANY thanks to Vikesrock8411
