You will need to find a way to transfer this program to the infected computer from one with Internet access (USB drive, floppy, CD ect..). If this is not possible please let me know and we will try another method to resotre Internet access.
LSPFix- Save it to a permanent folder. Close all windows and run LSPfix. Check
"I know what I'm doing" and select all entries related to Newdotnet. Then click
>> and remove all entries related to Newdotnet. Click "Finished".
Let me know if this restores Internet access.
