Mine does too. It's a false positive due to definitions being downloaded.
Ignore it, disable Avast, and run the scan.
From the instructions:
*Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
Right click the globe icon, and select Stop On-Access Protection
