That should work if you put them into the two blue DDR slots.
Are you looking at the C2 or LL modules?
Corsair PC3200 modules aren't listed as compatible with these motherboards, although my four modules seem to do okay.
However, for best compatibility, get Corsair PC3500 C2 modules. These are listed as compatible, and are your best bet. In hindsight, I should've bought the PC3500 C2 modules instead.
With the Corsair, manually set the memory voltage to 2.75v to ensure best compatibility.
