from what I'm gathering about the limited info out there on that issue, it seems like your laptop is trying to boot from the network before your hard drive. Go into BIOS and change the boot order to:
1. floppy
2. CD
3. Hard drive
4. Network
If that doesn't work and it still is giving you the problem, go into BIOS and change them all to Hard Drive. If this doesn't work then your hard drive might be dead. You will probably get an error message stating Operating System can not be found or something like that.
