Puppet-Master

Hi,
My computer is infected with Several Viruses, but the most common one is DollarRevenue which appears the most when i connect to the internet.
I have run a HiJackThis scan and have a log.

Also, Help would be greatly appreciated as my computer has become immensely slow. If you Know how to remove this threat and stop it from returning, Please Reply.
