I recently ran AIDA32 for the first time (Thanks, again Johnwill), and one of the things it said was that my BIOS was over two years old, and I should upgrade.

Well, I was about to embark on a research project about why I should upgrade my BIOS when I'm perfectly happy now, when I thought, "I bet a lot of folks might have this question."

So I am bringing the question to the TSF experts...Why upgrade my BIOS? What's the advantage? What are the risks?
