Hey there,
I keep getting messages that appear to be legitimate warning messages from Windows, but I know they are clearly fake. They say stuff like, "You are receiving spam" or "You computer is infected." I attached a picture of a couple of them. They appear in the lower right hand corner of the screen next to the clock. I noticed that when they appear a application called qjrkvy.exe appears in the process tab. I've found this application under windows/system32 many times and have deleted it many times only to have it re-appear. Also two other processes that I keep removing with no hope of having them permanently removed are susp.exe and runsrv32.exe. Here's my HJT log:

I have two user accounts on my machine. One for my wife and one for me. For the past two months my wife's account kept getting different spyware things popping up that were similar to this one (not this exact one) and I was able to remove them, however after about a week or so they would return. Today both her side and mine have been infected by this new one. I use Firefox exclusively partly because I thought it was less susceptible to these types of attacks. She uses IE as well as Firefox. (She runs a weight-loss program that will only run in IE)
Other things that have started since this problem:
- lsass.exe notifies me that it will shutdown the computer. It doesn't but after I click cancel it redirects me to an IE page for Anti-spyware box.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Josh
