AVG and Norton together on one computer is a bad idea. Uninstall one of them now. I recommend keeping AVG...but it's your choice if you like Norton better.
Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {22127805-6066-47f6-8e32-5f2e29d8f1ad} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\CONMI2.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: CONMI2 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONMI2.dll
Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\CONMI2.dll
Restart and run a new HijackThis scan. Save the log file and post it here.
Your log should be clean now.
