Go to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 /u occache.dll and click 'OK'.

Download KillBox http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/KillBox.exe.

Select/Highlight all the filename(s) from the above.
Copy to clipboard by pressing [CTRL]+[C] on your keyboard.
Start KillBox.exe

1. Go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard * this feature does not work on older versons of Killbox
   Click the dropdown-arrow next to the "Full Path of File to Delete" field.
   Verify that the filenames you pasted are found in there.
2. Select/tick the following:
   • Replace on Reboot
   • Use Dummy
   • End Explorer Shell While Killing File
   • Unregister.dll Before Deleting * if it's not grayed out
3. Click the RED X button.
4. Click Yes at the 'Delete on Reboot' prompt.
5. Click Yes at the 'Pending Operations prompt'.

* If you received a message such as: "PendingFileRenameOperations registry data has been removed by external process", you have to manually restart Windows.

* If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, download and run missingfilesetup.exe Then try Killbox again.

Please delete this folder:

c:\program files\common files\Totem Shared

Go to Start > Run and type regedit and click OK.
Navigate to the following registry keys, and delete the items in RED.

hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\office\word\ addins\MyWebSearch.OutlookAddin
hkey_current_user\software\Mpb
hkey_local_machine\software\MyWay
hkey_classes_root\clsid\{00A6FAF6-072E-44cf-8957-5838F569A31D}
hkey_classes_root\clsid\{B7156514-A76C-4545-9D5B-A4E1D02C7AEC}

Exit regedit.

Go to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 occache.dll and click 'OK'.

Updating Java and Clearing Cache

1. Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on the Java Icon (coffee cup) in the Control Panel.
2. It will say "Java Plug-in" under the icon.
3. If it is not visible, click on 'Switch to Classic View' in the left pane of the Control Panel or 'Other Control Panel Options'
4. Under the Advanced Tab, click <Applet> tag support and select the browser(s) you are using.
5. Under Temporary Internet Files, click the Delete Files button.
6. There are three options in the window to clear the cache - Leave ALL 3 Checked
   • Downloaded Applets
     Downloaded Applications
     Other Files
7. Click OK on Delete Temporary Files Window
   Note: This deletes ALL the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the CACHE.
8. Click OK to leave the Java Control Panel.

Launch FireFox and click Tools > Options. Select Privacy, and then CLEAR ALL. Click OK to exit. Close FF.

Please empty your recycle bin and Reboot your computer to complete the file deletions.

Re-run Panda as before and post the results for my review.
